Executive Direct Sales Agents

To market and service Liberty Life Lesotho’s financial solutions to affluent clients, grow new business and retain a high value client base. The Executive Direct Sales Agent will proactively manage client relationships, conduct financial needs analyses, promote Liberty's products and services, and uphold the highest standards of ethical selling and customer fairness.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • • Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and business growth.
  • • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and provide appropriate financial planning solutions.
  • • Deliver professional presentations on Liberty products, services, and financial wellness programs to prospective and existing clients.
  • • Promote ethical selling practices and uphold Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles in all client interactions.
  • • Negotiate and close sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are fully met.
  • • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within the retail and corporate markets.

Key Requirements

  • • Financial planning principles.
  • • Investment and wealth management concepts.
  • • Insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements and Insurance products and services.
  • • Results Orientation and Commercial Awareness.
  • • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field
  • • Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in long-term insurance is advantageous
  • • Fit and Proper certification in accordance with applicable insurance industry regulations.
  • • A valid driver's licence
  • • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, business development, relationship management, or financial advisory services within a financial institution.
